Featuring an ergonomic black plastic handle with a flame guard and an all-round pouring rim for drip-free service, this pan is as functional as it is easy to maintain. Features an advanced, multi-layer ELODUR Select non-stick coating that is paired with a precision-machined induction base.The exterior is fortified with a high-temperature silicone-polyester sealing coat that resists discoloration and kitchen solvents.
The handle is molded from a high-quality, heat-resistant thermosetting bakelite. Has an incredibly low thermal conductivity and stays cool to the touch even during prolonged stovetop cooking. At the junction where the handle meets the pan’s body, there is an integrated metal flame guard, which acts as a thermal shield against the flames to absorb and deflect direct heat. This prevents the plastic handle from scorching and melting. Compatible with all hob types, including induction. Completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Suitable for dishwasher.
