Before Ordering

How to order online?

1. Add products in cart.

2. Go to cart and press “Order”.

3. Fill the information required for ordering online (name, address, etc…)

3. Choose payment method and Press Pay.

That’s it! Easy and quick!

Is Registration required?

No, while placing an order system automatically creates an account based on information you fill. You can use that account for future orders too.

Do you have online Installments?

Yes, there are: Bank of Georgia, TBC bank, TERABANK and Space bank online installments.

Can I pay to courier?

No, paymenths should be placed while ordering online.
You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard or AmericanExpress card or use bank transfer or online installments.

Can I use gift card on website?

At the moment, you can use gift cards only in our branches, not the website.

Do you deliver outsite Tbilisi?

Of course! Any place in Georgia is covered.

Gift wrapping?

At the moment we don’t have such service.

May I choose date and time for delivery?

Courier will contact you before arriving, however you can’t set specific date for delivery while ordering online.

Do you have Express Delivery in Tbilisi?

Express delivery service is available only in Tbilisi.
*Not during Special sales like Black Friday sales

* Products ordered from 11:00 to 17:00 will be delivered to in 3 hours after ordering. Orders made after 17:00 will be delivered until 14:00 of the next day.
* The cost of using the express delivery service is 10 GEL

Pick up from store?

At the moment we don’t have local pick up service.

After Ordering

When my order will be delivered?

Tbilisi – Ordered products will be delivered to you within 1-4 working days after ordering. In case of purchase up to 50 GEL, the courier service fee is 5 GEL, in case of purchase over 50 GEL, courier service is free

All other regions – ordered products will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days after ordering. In case of purchase up to 100 GEL, the courier service fee is 10 GEL, in case of purchase over 100 GEL, courier service is free.


Shipments for orders during the promotion might be delayed by extra 2-4 working days

Can I edit the order details?

If order is not yet handed to courier company, you may contact us and edit the order with help of our support team.


For editing the order contact us (032)2 19 39 00 or write in Helpdesk.

Returns?

You may ask for return when:

• If product was damaged during transportation
• If product has factory defects
• If product differs from what was shown on website

In this cases, you should not accept the order and let courier bring it back to us.
