When using for the first time, carefully wash the inside of the product with soapy water, boil a certain amount of water, dry with a soft cloth and evenly apply vegetable oil or cooking fat. Always prepare the dish so that the flame does not exceed the diameter of the pan/pot. Avoid sharp metal accessories and cutting the product inside the product. To extend the life of the coating, it is recommended to use silicone, plastic or wooden spatulas so as not to damage the surface of the pan/pot and, accordingly, not pose a health hazard. It is preferable to wash the product by hand, using liquid detergent and a soft sponge.
