The ZWILLING Life Santoku includes a high quality steel blade, made using a FRIODUR ice hardening process for optimum sharpness. The almost straight edge of this knife is perfect chopping small bunches of herbs or vegetables quickly and efficiently.

The flat blade is also great for picking up ingredients and adding them to your saucepan or frying pan. The ergonomic, anti-slip plastic handle aids in the dexterous use of this knife, finished with a silver ZWILLING logo for a great design.
