Asimetria’s baking forms are made of ultra-resistant carbon steel covered with a non-stick surface. The heat on the baking form is distributed quickly and evenly. This springform consists of two parts: the upper part (edges) and the bottom. Opening the edges by the lock frees the bottom, which greatly simplifies the transfer of the baked product.
