A Santoku knife and a paring knife – the set of 2 knives from the Zwilling Now S range offers the ideal pair of knives for the kitchen. With its Japanese blade shape, the Santoku knife is perfect for slicing meat, fish and vegetables. The smaller paring knife can be used as a vegetable knife, but of course also for peeling.

The blades are made from a special formula steel to obtain a high level of corrosion resistance and a degree of hardness that is ideal for cooking. This FRIODUR® knife also undergoes a specially-developed ice hardening process, which further enhances the quality of the steel.
