The MIYABI collection features a beautiful 49-layer Spark Damascus pattern on the blade that both strengthens and protects the core of FC61 steel.

Made of special CMV60 steel, which gives the knife outstanding durability. Made with traditional Japanese method Honbazuke honing, where every blade is sharpened and polished by hand in several stages in a complex process. It is resistant to corrosion and retains its original appearance for a long time. Ideal for cutting a variety of food products quickly and easily.
