With the former, you can peel fruit and vegetables or lard meat, while the Japanese knife is a real all-rounder that cuts fish and meat just as easily as fruit and vegetables.

Blades are made from a special formula steel to obtain a high level of corrosion resistance and a degree of hardness that is ideal for cooking. This FRIODUR® knife also undergoes a specially-developed ice hardening process, which further enhances the quality of the steel.
The ergonomic plastic handle, created with the latest design, fits comfortably in the hand during any cutting processand ensures use without tiring the hand. The premium design logo on the knives once again emphasizes their quality.
