Ballarini Cortina Granitum is a must have item for any serious home chef. Made of aluminum. It is covered with a 5-layer non-stick coating that is additionally reinforced with mineral particles to be extremely heat-resistant and make the pan exceptionally robust. Requires small amount of liquid or fat for cooking. It is resistant to scratches.
The pan handle itself sits comfortably in the hand and is insulated from heat, temperatures up to 160C.

How to use:
