Ballarini Cortina Granitum is a must have item for any serious home chef.Made of aluminum. It is covered with a 5-layer non-stick coating that is additionally reinforced with mineral particles to be extremely heat-resistant and make the pan exceptionally robust. Requires small amount of liquid or fat for cooking. It is resistant to scratches.
The Thermopoint in the handle shows at a glance whether the right temperature has been reached for frying or boiling: The display turns red when the pan is hot enough and dark green when it cools down. The pan handle itself sits comfortably in the hand and is insulated from heat, temperatures up to 160C.
The energy-saving pan has a polished base made of high-quality steel and aluminium. Used on gas stove, electric and ceramic stoves.

How to use:
On first use, wash the utensil with soapy water, boil a certain amount of water, dry it and grease it with oil or food fat. Always prepare the dish so that the fire does not exceed the diameter of the pan / pot. Avoid sharp metal tools and cutting the food inside the tool. To prolong the life of the cover, it is recommended to use silicone, plastic or wooden shovels, so as not to damage the surface of the pan / boiler and, consequently, do not pose a health hazard.
It is advisable to wash the product by hand, with liquid detergent and with a soft, non-coarse sponge.
