Completely safe for its environment, the Xylan Plus non-stick coating prevents food products from sticking and makes it easier to remove/turn the prepared food. The heat on the surface is evenly distributed and maintained, which helps to save energy.

The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand and does not heat up during cooking. Does not contain substances harmful to health. Used on all types of cookers, including induction ones.
