How to use:
When using it for the first time put it on the stove and slowly heat it over medium heat. Pour in regular cooking oil, spreading it evenly over the base and sides by tilting the pan. Once the oil starts to smoke, use a cloth or paper towel to wipe the oil evenly over the inside of the pan. Remove the pan over the heat and allow it too cool. Before storing, clean with hot water and dry thoroughy. Always prepare the dish so that the fire does not exceed the diameter of the pan. To prolong the life of the cover, it is recommended to use silicone or wooden utensils, so as not to damage the surface of the pan / casseroles and. Do not use abrasive powders and/orscourers to clean the pan. It is sufficient to use hot water and a tiny amount of neutral detergent.
