How to use:
Before using for the first time: Clean your new ZWILLING cookware with hot water, commercially available washing-up liquid and a sponge or cloth. Drying it off prevents water stains.

To avoid burnt-in oil and water, only heat up dry cookware. Never heat up your cookware unattended and / or without any contents for long periods of time. Overheating can lead to discoloration, but this does not affect the function of the cookware. Extreme overheating can permanently damage the floor. The hotplate should correspond to the diameter of the bottom of the pot. To minimize heat loss, we recommend cooking with the lid on. Thanks to the particularly good thermal conductivity properties of ZWILLING cookware, the food cooks even at medium heat: lowering the stove setting in good time saves energy and prevents overheating. To avoid burns from boiling over, only fill your cookware 70-80% full. Only add salt to boiling water and then stir. Adding salt to cold water can cause discoloration. It is not allowed to use the boiler without fat!

Let your ZWILLING cookware cool down before cleaning. Glass lids in particular can be damaged by temperature shocks. ZWILLING products are easy and convenient to clean. The cookware is dishwasher safe. Remove the leftovers with the help of your hand and warm water, a little washing-up liquid and a soft cloth. Aggressive cleaning agents can damage the product. Do not allow leftover food to dry out to avoid staining or discolouring stainless steel.

The product includes:
1 x stew pot
1 x lid
