The forged blade is quenched through a freezing process using FRIODUR ® technology – which ultimately creates flexible, corrosion-resistant knives with incredible sharpness. The handle is made of the highest quality plastic, connected to the blade using V-Edge technology , which allows effective and safe work with the knife. The kniveshave an embossed Zwilling logo on the end of the handle. All knives from the collection are perfect not only for professional chefs, but also for cooking enthusiasts.

ZWILLING Sonderschmelze -This is a special alloy produced only for the Zwilling brand. It is characterized by an optimal combination of carbon (hardness) and chromium (corrosion resistance). A unique combination allows you to obtain solid and durable knives. The knives are stable, and the specially adapted heat treatment allows for steel hardness up to 57 HRC.
