It;s internal and external fnish is neutralised washed pickled aluminium – a special aluminum tempering technology Pickled is immersing aluminum in nitric acid for a period of time. Using this technology gives aluminum maximum gloss and a light, whitish look. Constant thickness varying between 2.5 mm and 4.0 mm. High thick constant base for perfect heat distribution and retention. Professional handles in stainless steel with reinforced rib, tubular to reduce heat transmission, firm grip.
