Enameled Surface
Enameled cookware is distinguished by its safety: it does not react with food, does not respond to acidic or alkaline products, and preserves the original aroma and taste of the food. It is completely safe to leave prepared dishes in it and store them in the refrigerator. To ensure that enameled cookware maintains its original condition for a long time, it is recommended:
• For the first use, carefully wash the interior of the product with warm water and liquid dish soap, rinse well with running water, and dry with a soft cloth.
• Always cook so that the flame does not exceed the diameter of the pot/pan – do not allow the flame to come near the handles.
• Always use oven gloves or pot holders when touching the handles during cooking.
• Do not leave the cookware unattended while cooking.
• Its use in the oven or freezer is prohibited.
Washing:
• After cooking, wait for a short while for the cookware to cool down and only then wash it – placing hot cookware in cold water is prohibited!
• If spots appear on the bottom of the vessel, they can be easily removed using a special solution (a 1:1 mixture of vinegar/citric acid and water) and a soft sponge.
• To extend the lifespan of the coating, it is recommended to use silicone or wooden spatulas during cooking to avoid damaging the surface of the pot/pan.
• It can be washed both by hand with a soft sponge and liquid detergent, and in a dishwasher – the use of abrasive cleaners and metal scourers is prohibited.
• Avoid dropping the item.
• Important: Once the enameled coating is damaged, its use is prohibited!
